How To Consign

Working with the consignor, we set the price of an item based upon the history and original cost, along with our experience, to establish fair market value.

“Selling my furniture in At Home Again is a pleasure. They come to my home and discuss everything in detail at no charge. Pick-up is efficient and professional and my items sell
very quickly. I would enthusiastically recommend them.” Anne

The consignor will receive 50% of the selling price, leaving items for 60 days.  Two markdowns will apply:  10% after 30 days and another 10% after 45 days.

At Home Again reserves the right to remove an item at any time due to lack of customer interest
or for a previously undetected flaw or defect.
